Desert trek to Erg Chigaga dunes (Chegaga)<\/h1>

Camel trekking to Erg Chigaga dunes (Chegaga) give you the opportunity to explore the longest and largest dunes in Morocco. Trekking and walking in Sahara desert on the rhythm of camels through a beautiful and wonderful parts of the big desert.<\/h2>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row bg_color=”#ffffff” bottom_padding=”60″ bg_position=”left top”][vc_column width=”1\/2″]

Erg Chegaga trek itinerary<\/h2>[vc_column_text]Mhamid Oasis Camp:<\/strong> Meet at the M’Hamid Center, then transfer to our Oasis Camp. Dinner and overnight at the Oasis Camp.<\/p>\n

Day 1 – Sidi Naji:<\/strong>
\nDeparture walking to desert from our Oasis Camp. This first day leads to the dunes of Sidi Naji between dunes and desert plateaus. The camping is in the heart of the Erg (dunes), after a day of intense trekking in the Sahara desert.<\/p>\n

Day 2 – Erg Ezzahar:<\/strong>
\nOn the way trekking to the magnificent Erg Ezzahar dune\u00a0 (Howling)\u00a0after crossing a long desert plateau. This sea of sand dunes is spacious and offers a splendid view over the entire dry Dr\u00e2a river. This is the true Sahara as we imagine it! Overnight camping in the middle of the dunes, or sleeping under the stars.<\/p>\n

Day 3 – Erg Smar:<\/strong>
\nThe desert camel trek continues on its way to the dunes where we set up camp. Enjoy the sunset on the dune and a good tajine for dinner under the stars. The night is magnificent, and the emotion intense.<\/p>\n

Day 4 – Erg Chigaga:<\/strong>
\nWe leave the sand dunes of Erg Smar for trekking to the Erg Chegaga dunes; the highest dunes of Morocco. Nomadic atmosphere between simplicity and sharing this last evening in the desert. The camp is set in the great Erg Chigaga dunes.<\/p>\n

Day 5 – M’Hamid:<\/strong>
\nThe next morning after breakfast the Erg Chigaga camp, return to M’hamid by 4\u00d74 car.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″]
